WEBSTUDY® Log In Information

Each faculty member will log into their course through the Institute of Health Sciences link:  http//ihs.webstudy.com (link also provided on the "Faculty Resources" page).

Your username and password will be the first initial of your first name, your last name, and the last 4 digits of your phone number.  Once you have logged into your course you can change your password. (For Example:  Jsmith1234)

Once you have logged into WEBSTUDY® you will see a drop down menu in the upper right hand corner.  If you click on the button you can see all of the courses you will be teaching this semester.

You will also see an icon on the bottom right corner of the page "WEBSTUDY® Manual and FAQ".  Click on this icon to access the manual.    The so called front page is a shell and can be changed by the administrator if you have additional information you would like included.  All other materials/information can be added by the instructor. 

It is best to build the course or an individual session prior to importing it into WEBSTUDY®.  It is beneficial to take time to read the Introduction section of the manual prior to attempting to build the course. 

WEBSTUDY® offers support for students and faculty 24/7.  In the initial stages of building your course you should contact Kellee Trice prior to calling WEBSTUDY® for assistance.
